Notes: Okay...I was out ALLLL day, so I'm trying to remember everything as best as I can. I let myself have anything I wanted, but ate smaller servings instead of big meals all the time. I cannot believe my calories aren't even 1900!!!! WOW!! And I was full all day long! I will recap with my man when he gets home, but I don't think I forgot anything. Well, I think the day went great! I'm soooo pleased. =)

Finally!! It has been nearly 3 months to the day since I started, and I've lost over 25 pounds to date. Here are my 3 month measurement results:

Wrist: 8.5″ / 8.5″ (-0.5/No Change)
Waist: 54.25" (-0.75)
Bellybutton: 57.75" (-0.75)
Hips: 65" (-2.0)
Upper Thigh: 37" / 36" (-1.0/-2.0)
Above Knee: 31" / 31" (-0.5/-1.0)
Calf: 25" / 24" (-0.5/-0.5)
Ankle: 11.25" / 11.25" (No Change/-0.25)

Next measurements (#3): May 2009?

Notes: Well in my first 3 months I have lost about 25 pounds (as of my last weigh-in) and after adding up all of these numbers I have also lost 19.75"!!! YAY!!! I'm finally seeing some progress - not on my stomach though apparently, which annoys me - so, all good for now. Hopefully I will have more inch and pound losses to come! =)

Quick Update

Alrighty, update time! Well I've been doing good lately. Slow but steady. I really want to check my measurements now, if I can find my measuring tape, or buy a new one today. Because....it's been 3 months and 25 pounds since I started! So I hope some inches have come off by now. =)
Today is also (finally!) grocery day, so my guy and I are going to pick up some lean meats, veggies, some sandwich fixings, and some fast lunch options. Should be good to have nice food in the house and make some new things for dinner. Well I'm off to find something to eat, and search for that elusive measuring tape, lol. Until next time...!

Last Word: I had to miss my Weekly Weigh-In #10 since I was visiting family, so this one covers 2 weeks of weight loss....and only a loss of 1.6lbs, GRRRR! I've been on track all the time, I don't know if my calories are too high or too low, but something isn't working. I was really hoping to see the '50s again, what a downer.

Notes: Was very hungry last night so I overate a bit, but still ended up with a decent number. I'm thinking of making my limit 2200 or so, because I should be losing faster than I am, so I'm either too high or too low on calories right now. So, we will see how it goes. But, I am trying to stay near 2000 still, only to 2200 if I'm really hungry, which is only fair, I don't think depriving myself is a good thing to do, but I'd be very happy if I can still stick to my original goal of 2000 as long as I'm losing weight each week.
