Exercise for Day 66:
30 minutes of walking.
Calories for Day 67 (January 26th 2009):
Total calories: 1915
Exercise for Day 67:
30-45 minutes of walking.
Calories for Day 68 (January 27th 2009):
Total calories: 1866
Exercise for Day 68:
None.
Calories for Day 69 (January 28th 2009):
Total calories: 1729
Exercise for Day 69:
None.
Calories for Day 70 (January 29th 2009):
Total calories: 1875
Exercise for Day 70:
45-60 minutes of walking.
Calories for Day 71 (January 30th 2009):
Total calories: 1988
Exercise for Day 71:
30 minutes of walking.
Notes: I kept on track the entire time I was away from home, I even continued to portion my food, count my calories, and all that good stuff! Yay! A few side notes...nearly all of my exercise is what *I* call exercise for myself...usually it is walking in a mall, to and from somewhere, etc. It is rarely what someone would call "exercise", but it is the kind I get in my day, and that is what it is to me. Also, I probably won't be listing the foods I eat anymore, or my score out of 5 for the day, because they both aren't really needed. But, of course, I will keep listing my daily calorie intake and exercise! Until next time...!
