Calorie/Exercise Recap: Day 75

Calories for Day 75 (February 3rd 2009):

~* (McDonalds) Big Extra, Large Fries, Barbeque Sauce, Large Diet Coke = 1214
~* 1 Cheese String = 60
~* 2 Cheese Strings = 120
~* 1 Ice Cream Sandwich = 170
~* 1 serving of Mac n Cheese w/ Ketchup = 262
~* 3 Cheese Strings = 180
~* 2 Vanilla Candy = 24
~* 1 Chocolate Ice Cream Cup = 100
~* 2 pieces of Gum = 8
Total calories: 2198

Exercise for Day 75:
60 minutes of walking.


Notes: Mega cheese craving today, lol! So...higher calories again, BUT we will see how my next weigh-in goes with having a higher than normal daily average, around 2200 each day or so. It will either up my metabolism/calorie burning and help me drop pounds faster, or backfire and make me not lose anything at all. So, here's hoping for a good result on Monday!!
